1. What we collect
- Account data: your email and display name when signing in with Apple or Google
- Learning content: essays you submit for correction, and vocabulary and grammar mistakes you save
- Exam paper photos: photos you take or upload to your mistake collection. These are stored only for you to review — never sent to any AI system or third party for analysis
- Usage data: features used, practice results, reading time, XP and leaderboard activity
- Purchase data: subscription status, processed by Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see or store your card details
2. How we use it
- To provide the service: AI essay correction, practice question generation, vocabulary extraction, audio generation, cross-device sync
- Your essays (text only) are sent to third-party AI model providers solely to generate the corrections you request. Your exam paper photos are never sent to AI
- Error logs (Sentry) help us fix bugs — they contain technical data only, not your essays or photos
3. What we never do
- We do not sell your personal data
- We do not send your photos to any AI system
4. Advertising
- Word Out shows no ads and uses no third-party ad networks or advertising cookies
5. Data retention and deletion
- Your data is kept while your account is active
- You can delete your account any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account) — your profile, essays, mistakes, photos, vocabulary and progress will be permanently deleted
6. Students
- Word Out is designed for secondary school students. If you are under 13, please use the app with a parent or guardian's consent
7. Security
- Data is encrypted in transit and stored with our cloud providers (Supabase / Cloudflare)
8. Policy updates
- We will update this page when the policy changes — continued use means acceptance

- You can delete your account and all associated data yourself via Settings > Delete Account in the app.

- 帳號資料：你用 Apple 或 Google 登入時的電郵同顯示名稱
- 學習內容：你提交批改的作文，和你儲存的生字同文法錯處
- 試卷相片：你拍下或者上傳去錯題簿的相片。這些相只是儲存給你自己翻看，永遠不會傳去任何 AI 系統或者第三方做分析
- 使用數據：用過的功能、練習成績、閱讀時間、XP 同排行榜活動
- 購買資料：訂閱狀態，由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理，我們永遠看不到、亦不會儲你的信用卡資料
2. 我們點用
- 提供服務：AI 作文批改、生成練習題、生字提取、語音生成、跨裝置同步
- 你的作文（純文字）會傳送給第三方 AI 模型供應商，唯一目的是生成你要求的批改。你的試卷相片永遠不會傳去 AI
- 錯誤記錄（Sentry）用來修 bug，只含技術資料，不包含你的文章或相片
3. 我們永遠不會做的事
- 不會賣你的個人資料
- 不會將你的相片傳去任何 AI 系統
4. 廣告
- 本 App 不顯示任何廣告，亦沒有接入第三方廣告網絡或廣告追蹤 Cookie
5. 資料保留同刪除
- 帳號有效期間我們會保留你的資料
- 你可以隨時在 app 內刪除帳號（設定 → 刪除帳號），你的個人檔案、作文、錯處、相片、生字同進度會被永久刪除
6. 學生用戶
- Word Out 是為中學生設計。如果你未滿 13 歲，請在家長或監護人同意下使用
7. 保安
- 資料傳輸加密，儲存在我們的雲端供應商（Supabase／Cloudflare）
8. 政策更新
- 政策有改動會更新此頁，繼續使用即代表接受

10. 刪除帳戶
- 你可以喺 App 內「設定 > 刪除帳戶」自行刪除帳戶及所有相關資料。
